Would recommend Ivan and his guys to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. They take pride in their work, have great communication, follow proper roofing/flashing procedures, and made sure everything was cleaned up after replacing the roof. They also put down plywood so their dump trailer wouldn't mess up my driveway. Little things like that make me feel confident this roof will last several decades.

He even installed some tie off points on the roof so I can safely blow out my gutters.

They also replaced my gutters. They used seemless gutters and I could tell everything was pitched perfectly. All of the downspouts were very neatly installed and plumb, shooting away from my foundation.

Definitely going to use him again for the roof on my barn!

Working with Ivan was an outstanding experience. He and his team are everything you want in a contractor. He was there when he said he’d be, showed up every day, built us a beautiful deck and hardscape and all for a reasonable price. And then he went above and beyond, making sure I was happy with every outcome. He takes pride in his work - it’s obvious. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

Ivan and his team have done a great job first repairing a section of our flat roof and then replacing the main roof on our home. They've been very transparent in all communication, Ivan clearly stated what they can and cannot do when it came to the repair. The work was reasonably priced and the crew was very clean and respectful of our property. Highly recommend!
